North Eastern Constructors Limited (NECL), a subsidiary of the Cahill group of companies, is the heavy industrial and offshore fabrication branch of the Cahill Group. NECL is a leading supplier of fabrication and assembly services and has successfully completed module fabrication and assembly for the Sea Rose FPSO, Terra Nova FPSO, Voisey's Bay Project and Husky Energy's North Amethyst Offshore Oil Development.
