Project Description
Cahill is providing full Project Management services to the ongoing renovations of The Tower Corporate Campus Class A suite of offices in St. John's, Newfoundland. Project Management scope of work includes:
- Concrete repair and coatings
- Demolition and retro-fit
- Upgraded roadways, parking and exterior lighting
- Structural steel, reinforcement and erection
- Architectural finishes including windows, doors, ceilings and flooring
- Plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
- HVAC equipment and duct work
- Security, fire and telecommunication systems
- Surrounding grounds and landscaping
- Interior finishes and office space allocation
GJ Cahill is also the sole provider for installing, testing, commissioning and start-up for all electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems within The Tower Corporate Campus.
